Wrong product sent

Never got what I ordered. Wanted starter kit with bottle but received only sachets. Have since had to source elsewhere as needed for sick child. Contacted customer support, they offered to return it but unfortunately we had already open the box without knowing we'd wrong product. I contact twice since and never got a response again. Frustrating as product was showing as available on line

Absolute game changer

This thing is fantastic. Really does clear all the nasty snots out and I'm convinced it sped up last cold going away. Kids aren't overly keen but they don't hate it either. Really easy to use
